Nasal hooks

Nasal hooks or nasal retractors are surgical instruments commonly used during interventions such as rhinoplasty and other surgical procedures located around or inside the nasal cavity.

Nasal hooks come in a variety of shapes depending on their purpose. Some are used to provide better visualization inside the nasal cavity or removal of foreign bodies, while others, like Joseph Mucosa Hook, are used to enable easier access to the nasal dorsum during the intercartilagenous rhinoplasty.

Surtex Instruments’ nasal hooks are a premium selection of surgical instruments designed for great tactile sensitivity. High quality manufacturing of semi-sharp and sharp blades enable atraumatic tissue manipulation. Kilner Alar Hook, Cottle Nasal Hook and Freer Mucosa Hook are all part of a comprehensive Surtex Instruments range of nasal hooks.
