SURTEX® Farrior Ear Specula enables doctors to detect diseases in the external canal of the ear, as well as the eardrum. Hence, it assists them to treat ear obstruction that can affect hearing. In addition, they can clean infections, wax, foreign bodies and ear discharge.

Therefore, we designed the device with a long profile to increase its reach to the eardrum. Moreover, the outer edge has serrations to connect to a light source. We added a black coating to the speculum in order to reduce glare and light reflection. This allows you to obtain a clear field vision.

You can start by pulling back the ear to straighten the canal. Then, insert the SURTEX® Farrior Ear Speculum into the ear canal slowly. The tip is blunt to prevent injuring surrounding structures. In addition, it has a straight and broad profile to enhance your vision of the external ear structures.

The SURTEX® Farrior Ear speculum is 3.6 cm long to suit adult ear exams. It is available with multiple diameters ranging from 5.5 to 11.5 mm to cover a wide range of patients.
