SURTEX® Elsaesser Nephrostomy Forcep offers a broad range of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to manipulate renal stones and soft tissues during procedures involving the kidney.
For this purpose, the instrument features alligator style jaws that ensure access into small spaces. In addition, the shafts of the device have a strongly curved profile to conform to the anatomy of the kidney. Also, the inner surfaces of the tips have transverse serrations for exceptional fixation.
Moreover, the Elsaesser Nephrostomy Forcep features ergonomically designed finger rings for enhanced gripping. Also, the handle has a screw adjustment mechanism to control the degree of aperture.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel with a fine satin finish that reduces glare.
