Product Details

Surtex Instruments' Camellin Lasek Trephine & Alcohol Retaining Well is a surgical device frequently utilized by ophthalmic surgeons to assist in the laser assisted subepithelial keratomileusis (LASEK) procedure. This instrument featured a double-ended profile composed by a central round handle and two distal ends, one being a 270 semi-sharp pre-calibrated edge and the other an alcohol retaining well. The surgeon carefully presses the circular edge against the corneal tissue to create a shallow 270 degree cut which serves as a guide for the subsequent LASEK procedure. This instrument is available in a 12.5cm size and features three different trephine and alcohol retaining well sizes, including 8mm/8.5mm, 9mm/9.5mm and 10mm/10.5mm respectively. All our trephines are carefully manufactured utilizing innovative crafting techniques and from the highest quality stainless steel, ensuring premium quality instruments at our customers' hands.
